PAST PROJECTS
Here are some examples of restoration projects that have since been sold, to show what can be achieved. Move the cursor on to the furniture below to see how it looked originally.
cyan cabinet
Originally a dark wood, this piece was brought back to life with a coat of Mylands Burlington Arcade.
Its pretty handles and lock were buffed back to gold.

Sold: £180
kitchen dresser
This pine dresser was part of a built-in kitchen and needed extensive repairs. It was screwed, glued, clamped (see below) and put back together to make a stand alone piece.

Sold: £250
morning blue wardrobe
Spotted this lovely solid piece in a charity shop. It was an odd green but a couple of coats of Mylands Morning Blue and some new knobs and it was transformed.

Sold: £250
decorative drawers
Pretty - but pretty shabby. A quick prep, coats of cream and new knobs meant a new owner.

Sold: £99
maritime desk
A much-used desk needed a lot of filling (see below). Painted in Mylands Maritime with contrasting knobs, it went to a new home.

Sold: £165
cottage cupboard
A modern, wooden
glass-fronted cabinet was painted, distressed and
internal curtains were added
to give it a 1950s kitchen
cupboard feel.
